Set in Vancouver in 2000, the city has become a drug capital and money laundering center. A suspicious death of a banker leads his friend Bolton to help in an RCMP investigation. He’s exposed to drug cartels and money launderers who clean their dirty money through BC casinos. When the ex-gangster Davis is pulled into to help, he suspects one of the cops on the team is bent. He takes things into his own hands with dire consequences.
